The subject of this contract is the new construction of Pavilion II. internal clinics with endoscopy and geriatrics, including inpatient facilities and all necessary facilities, which should lead to an increase in the standard of care, optimization of the layout and adaptation of the operation to current legislative requirements. The current workplaces are already obsolete and unsatisfactory.
The new building has a U-shaped floor plan, the building has one underground partially recessed and four above-ground floors. Four elevators and one internal and one external staircase are designed to ensure vertical communication. The building will be connected to the surrounding buildings by covered overhead bridges. The base material, a white plastered block, is cut through rows of window openings of various widths, the color of the window frames and locksmith elements is anthracite. The inner atrium is surrounded on three sides by the walls of the building, one side is formed by a set of outdoor escape stairs covered with trellises overgrown with greenery.
